Mission Critical Support
Mission Critical Support is the ultimate level of protection for mission critical IT systems that cannot suffer any sustained interruptions.
As well as all the benefits of RTS, this option offers the customer the added assurance of replacement technology in the event of a serious disaster.
If the customer's original equipment is out of action for any reason within a required time frame, a pre-configured alternative will be installed to restore the system to service. This ensures that whatever the problem, be it technological or an environmental disaster, such as a fire, flood, or access issues, the customer is protected in all circumstances.
