ICM SupportNet gives customers real time access to ICM's support system via an access controlled website.

SupportNet allows users to log service requests online and they will be treated in exactly the same way as requests logged via the telephone.

SupportNet also allows all registered support customers to view the status of all current support requests in real time, via their own secure service portal. The portal will show any updates, including engineer estimated time of arrival and any actions they have requested, including the time the last action was made and a description of any action taken. Over time customers can build up and view performance statistics for their equipment and review the service event history.
