ICM has designed, implemented and supported many multi-site BT Wide Area Network Solutions, embracing many different WAN technologies including MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay and ATM. All consultants working on a solution have been formally trained on Cisco, Packeteer and the BT Product Portfolio for hardware and software to the highest industry standard accreditation levels.
As well as designing network solutions to customer specifications, ICM has also performed a number of network upgrades.
