Admin 24 (User Admin)

Admin24 allows the EMC (Enterprise Management Centre) to connect remotely to your systems, enabling our dedicated team of technicians to perform basic network administration functions.

A form of remote connectivity is required to facilitate the EMC connecting to your systems. If you already have Alert24, our Remote Monitoring product, there is no need to purchase any additional products.

Common Admin24 functions that the EMC perform:

• Windows account creation
• Windows account deletion
• Windows account unlocking
• Windows password resets
• Exchange account creation
• Exchange account deletion
• Exchange account archiving
